I have really struggled to find a decent swimming school for my children since moving into the area, but fortunately I have finally struck gold with Silverdale Swim School. I thought that their level of customer service was exceptional until I met Trevor and his staff at pool side - they were even better!! Trevor assessed my children and actually asked them for their opinion and immediately put them at ease. He even waited over an hour for me because I was stuck in traffic! The swim school that I initially found in the area resulted in my children not wanting to swim anymore - Silverdale have resurrected their love of swimming and they are very keen to start their lessons. Trevor, Sue and their staff actually put the children's needs regarding learning to swim way ahead of any financial gain. Their high staff to pupil ratio's put other swim schools to shame. Thank goodness there are some genuine people out there that are not just out to make loads of money but actually want the children to learn to swim as well as have fun in the water. 1st Review: My 2 eldest children had their first lesson last night and we were so impressed with the structure, support and teaching that as soon as I came home I emailed Trevor to see if there were places available for my son to start, I will also be putting my youngest on the waiting list. I would recommend Silverdale Swim School to anyone and I am looking forward to my children progressing through their classes.
2nd Review: After only 7 swimming lessons my eldest daughter has progressed to the next ability group. This is down to the amzing teaching and patience of all the teachers and assistants involved in her lessons. They manage to combine teaching and safety with fun, and it produces great lessons. 

I find Silverdale Swim School to be a friendly and most professional company. My son (aged 6) has been having lessons since he was 4 and a half and has progressed successfully through the groups. He gains confidence weekly and most importantly thouroughly enjoys himself. They are assessed fairly and according to ability and work to gain certificates and badges which my son is delighted to attain. The staff are very friendly and attentive and work hard to recognise and address potential. My son loves going and I love to see him enjoying the water.

Silverdale Swim School has taught both my children to swim with skill and confidence. The encouragement and positive attitude to the children pushed them without them realising they were learning difficult life skills. The safety measures during lessons are above expectations and indeed give parents reassurance on every level. I would recommend to anyone considering finding a swimming school for their children to contact Silverdale Swim School.

I had been looking around for swimming schools for my 5 years old son for a while, but not found anything I was satisfied with. One of my friends recommended SSS for my son. I was lucky to get him a place fairly quick. My son loves it, he has only been going for 8 months and has already moved up to next level. I am so pleased with everything, it is the best swimming school in every aspect. I cant fault it on anything, it's just great.

Over the last five years Trevor and Sue have taught our daughter to swim properly with great emphasis on stroke, not just speed; no stop watches, thank goodness, in this establishment. Just plenty of the friendliest most knowledgeable staff imaginable. All of whom have made the well structured lessons fun and safe. They have left Lara looking forward to next Sunday every Sunday! I am so impressed by Silverdale Swim School, it is so efficiently run and the staff are fantastic. From my first initial contact it has been efficient ever since! My daughter started as a reasonable swimmer and is coming on leaps and bounds and loves every minute of the class. She is perfecting strokes and learning everything else; she is moving on so fast. My four your old son had a bad experience at a different school and was very anxious about getting in the pool without me! After his first lesson he cannot wait to get back in the pool. His teacher was so reassuring to him and didn't rush him or pressure him in anyway, this helped him gain confidence at his own pace. I know both my children will be confident happy swimmers at this school without a doubt. There are so many teachers and a lifeguard and they are all working really hard for the whole lesson, its great to watch. Thanks Silverdale.

I'm so fortunate to have found Silverdale Swim School for my girls. Being new to the area I searched carefully for a swim school that would not only be right for them, but for me too. Congratulations Silverdale you have surpassed all my expectations. My girls can't wait to get to their lessons. The high ratio of extremely competent, friendly instructors to children has given them so much more confidence. They are learning to swim in a fun, safe & friendly environment. I can actually see improvement week on week. Trevor & Sue have been brilliant. They have made us feel so welcome, and always take the time to listen to any needs or requests I may have. They make every effort to accomodate such requests & the level of customer service received is exceptional. I have already recommended Silverdale Swim School, and would definitely do so again.

Both of my children attend Silverdale Swim School. My eldest developed so well under such fantastic tuition that it was a 'no brainer' for my youngest to attend as well. I have always been impressed with the high ratio of instructors in the pool with the children, making you feel at ease; especially in the early days. As my children have progressed, they have been rewarded in terms of certification and badges; which children love. The staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. I can't recommend Silverdale highly enough, a real quality service.

Trevor and Sue are very accommodating to fit times that suit you best, they are very flexible, I presently have 2 children in SSS and just put my three year old on the waiting list. This is the best swim school by far, the ratio of adults to children is fantastic. Our children get the best support and their progression is far greater. I reside in Hailsham, but due to the high standard I am happy to travel the distance. Thanks to Trevor and Sue and all the staff for teaching my children to swim and be safe in the water.

My daughter's swimming has improved in so many ways since joining SSS. She has been given excellent schooling at all levels so far, can not wait for her next lesson and has been instilled with enthusiasm and confidence... I am delighted that we have found such a well organised, safe, friendly and professional environment for my daughter to develop her ever increasing swimming skills. The fees are extremely reasonable too!

The Silverdale Swim School team is brilliant. They are very well organised and everybody knows what they are doing. Children love going to the swimming lessons at SSS. The commitment they have in teaching the children to do their best is amazing. I would rate them as the best swimming school in our area.
